Hunting and fishing of any kind is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in or near the yurt tents.For your convenience there are designated smoking areas in common areas.
Campfires are only allowed in the stone fire circles provided, and should be handled by our staff.Please refrain from burning any material other than the wood that is provided for you.
Yurts may be closed using the zipper style closure to keep out our various insect friends common to the area, and should be left closed when you are not in your Kúuchil.
We suggest that you keep your valuables such as money, jewelry, cameras, passports, etc.with you at all times.
We supply 100% natural and biodegradable shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap. If you plan to bring your own products we ask that they be biodegradable and chemical free.
We do not have products for sale, so we recommend that you bring with you any medicine, environmentally friendly insect repellent or personal use product you may need.
We ask that if you plan to use sunscreen, use an environmentally friendly product and apply it at least 20 min before entering the pool.
Our paths and trails are created using a material typical of the region and famous in the Mayan and Aztec stories called Sascab.This white material by nature allows the moonlight to reflect on it and you can clearly see where you are walking.It is also a way of protecting the species with which we share the space since they prefer to walk through the dark than through the light.For this reason we ask that for your safety and that of the species that surround us, you always stay on the paths and areas designated for your use only.
It is strictly forbidden to feed or disturb the animals that inhabit and visit the property.If you really care, let them be.
Fallen and decaying trees and vegetation are part of the earth's natural process.They contribute to the creation of fungi and humus that allow the growth of other plants and species.For this reason, moving and removing logs and branches is prohibited.Our staff will take care to ensure that paths are clean and do not pose a danger to you.
Please leave all garbage in the containers assigned for this, our staff will take care of processing it correctly.
So that all our guests can appreciate the sounds of nature, the use of musical devices and any other object that generates an intrusive noise is prohibited at all hours, but especially between 10 pm to 6 am.
Anyone visiting the property agrees to follow all Mama Loo.mm rules, regulations and policies.
Mama Loo.mm is not responsible for theft, injury or damage to people or their property for any reason including, but not limited to fire, lightning, storms, wind, rain, hurricane, tornadoes, hail, explosions or any other act of God.
